you yourself and the narrator
(This was recorded speech-to-text. I think it was the first occurrence of the personality splitting thread. )
You actually peel off to become third person and you see yourself existing outside of your own agency. Create embodiment and then strip it away (like Get Out.) The narrator repeated from you too at one point.
At one point you are not acknowledged. Then you are acknowledged, seconds person. Then third person.

The interactive exhibit leads the players through the game to a short playthrough that leaves them with a jump drive in an envelope with a QR code that they can open at home to keep playing the quieter parts.
You being in YOUR world outside the story
You get I to the story mentally
You become part of the story
You hit flow and forget the real world.
You start seeing yourself as a separate party in the story (it's you the the future)
You encounter yourself separated from yourself and becoming a third person you no longer have agency over.
This third person was always growing inside of you.
How does each peice of media do this?
I'd way through, a detail is I produced that makes you realize this is not your world - some detail that is innocuous but taken for granted by the npcs but which you missed before because the words used to mention it were true for both. (Barthes pair code.) But now you see they live in a different world, and once unlocked, more details of what this world is like become clear. Like CS LEWIS looking into the stinger world through a looking glass and accidentally switching himself there.
Is there a you in there? Can we form him by asking the narattor questions about himself? Will they switch worlds mid story, now you are trapped in the other world?
